Yes of course , you are eligible to apply for PO examination.

To join Probationary Officer , you have to clear the IBPS examination.

IBPS means Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and this examination is conducted twice in a year.This year notification was already released in the official website of IBPS as well as employment news paper.

Minimum Qualification to appear for Bank Probationary Officer through IBPS examination.The aspirant have to passed their graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification as such by the Central Government.There is no minimum marks required for IBPS examination and graduation is enough to appear for Bank PO examination.

Note :- Final year of graduate degree candidate are not eligible to apply.

The aspirant age must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years and relaxation is given to the reserved categories.

Important dates to apply :-

• Online Registration from :- 09.03.12
• Last date for receipt of online Registration :- 30.03.12
• Download of call letters for written examination :- After 04.06.12
• Date of Written examination :- 17.06.12

The candidate need to apply Only Online Mode :-

The aspirant can apply Online Only from 09.03.12 To 30.03.12 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Application fees / Intimation charges payable from 09.03.12 To 30.03.12 (Online Payment ) and 12.03.12 To 07.04.12 (Offline Payment).

-Rs 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
-Rs 450/- for all other candidates.

no, a graduation pursuing candidate can not apply for bank p.o. After complete your graduation with minimum 55% marks (for sc/st candidate 50% marks is applicable) for any recognized university. then, You can apply for any bank p.o. Otherwise without graduation you can not apply. And yes, you can apply after your b.sc with this university. This is valid.

U can eligible for BANk PO Exam, if ur certificate is valid and have a valid university, recognized by any state govt. or indian govt.

yes definitely you can apply...after completing your B.tech ...but your degree and university must be valid and approved by UGC.

I have completed B.Sc.(IT) from Keumpu University through distance education through their study centre at NIIT, South Extension, New Delhi. I was given admission in B.Sc.(IT) directly in IVth semester by NIIT after completion two years diploma in GNIIT. Is my degree is recognised by UGC and whether my degree valid/recognized for getting Govt. jobs, as I am having marks sheets only from IVth semester onwards. Please help.
