your PCM percentage is just 35% . this is so poor so you are not eligible for engineering.

but the previous year cut-off is 50% but from this year the percentage is 45%.

so you have not this percentage so you are not eligible.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for B.Tech course after passing 12th with 35% marks.

If you want you can take admission in any low ranking college in you city But I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for top college like I.I.T, N.I.T, B.I.T, V.I.T etc

am i eligible for ojee after scoring 49%in pcm?

i got 62% in pcm and 59% in overall five subjects in 12th will i get engineering seat??

For admission to engineering colleges as per AICTE rule a minimum of 50% is required in PCM. Wbjee asks for 45%. In the previous year the rule was slightly bent and they were asking for only 40%. Thus its mandatory to have this percentage as otherwise no matter how good you score in jee exams you will not be eligible to apply for any one the engineering colleges.
So unfortunately you are not eligibile. Tough luck
