dear friend,

your PCM percentage is just 35% . this is so poor so you are not eligible for engineering.

but the previous year cut-off is 50% but from this year the percentage is 45%.

so you have not this percentage so you are not eligible.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for B.Tech course after passing 12th with 35% marks.

If you want you can take admission in any low ranking college in you city But I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for top college like I.I.T, N.I.T, B.I.T, V.I.T etc
