dear sir/mam i have done mca from andhara university 6 years back now i am 33 years old.after getting married and having twins i am not able to concentrate about myself.now my kids are going to school. i want to start my job search but not enough confident that i will get job in IT secter. please suggest me some carrer option as every body are asking experience

results &good soft skills and general awarness

The gap in your career is certainly an issue. You need to brush up the basics. Also joining for courses based on the job profile you are looking for will be useful. You have options like doing course in areas like software testing, programming, SAP etc. You may need to work initially in smaller firms.

All the top IT companies like-TCS,CTS,Infosys etc. demand 60% overall carrier percentage.
They provide the criteria of 1year-2year gap maximum.
In your case it's quite a long gap.
Therefore you can't be able to apply for this companies right now.
Although you can start your career with a CMM level3 company.

I completed mca in 2006, then worked in bop industry for 3 years and then went to us for 2 years and worked in a cruising company and now after this gap i want to come back in my line, i have knowledge of visual basic, ccna so what should i do to make my career long lastic in future
