Sir, I am doing 12th and I have commerce so my question is that can I give NDA papers and what are the criterias and eligibilty for that? sir please mail my answer on my email id [email protected]

Though you have chosen commerce as an area of specialisation you are still eligible to appear for the NDA exam. Any 12th from a recognised institute can take up this stream. However amongst the three defense sectors you are eligible only for army. For the other two stream only candidates from science background can apply. You can appear for the exam before you turn 19 years old.

Yes , You are applicable for NDA exam because commerce student are applicable for NDA exam.But you are applicable only Indian Army post .Science department are applicable for all post of NDA Exam.

NDA(National Defence Academy) in conducted by the UPSC(union public service commission)twice in a year i.e, NDA I &NDA II. in every year.

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:-

• You must have citizenship of India
• You must be completed 12th standard from recognized state board of India
• Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years
• Only unmarried male candidates are eligible

The pattern for NDA exam:-

If You can prepare well to your study books then you can definitely get admission in NDA.You can prepare now GK portion and Mathematics portion.

Written exams papers are really tough so you should practice more .Collect NDA exams papers and prepared well those papers.

Yes, you are eligible for NDA after 12th in Commerce.

NDA - NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twicw every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join three wings of NDA i.e. Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

To be eligible for NDA one must be an unmarried Indian male candidate. He should have either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

The candidate having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard can apply for all he three wings of NDA but candidate without the above subjects can only be eligible to apply for Indian Army of NDA.

Being a student from Commerce stream you can apply for Indian Army of NDA.

The selection is through written exam followed by Personal Interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

This exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.

As my knowledge there are some basic and insepanst eligible criteria are despicted.

Age- candiates 16.5 to 19 age last.

Note: only un marriad males and only indian eligible.

There is three wings

Armi

Airforce

Navy wing.

2. u should passed 12th from any board with atleast 50% percent
3. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible

Sir, i have commerce with maths and i am a NDA aspirant i want to join indian air force through NDA. Even though i know that a commerce student cannot apply for IAF, but i have a query that what if i study the required physics syllabus then can i apply for IAF ?
