can i join indian navy after +2,with arts side......n my height is 4.11" so plz resolve my question as soon as possible......

Yes, you are are eligible through NDA exam which is conducted twice a year. But candidate should have physics and maths in 12th.
Age Limit
Candidate applying for the National defence academy examination should have age between 16.5 to 19 years. No relaxation in age is given to any reserved category candidates.

Education Qualification
* A candidate should be 10+2 pass.

*Those appeared in the 10+2 exam are also eligible.

No, you are not eligible to apply NDA exam to join Indian Navy after passing 12th class with Arts side.

Becuse for apply Indian Navy wings candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.

No, never you can not join after 10+2 in Navy wings of Indian Defence having Arts stream.

To do Navy you require to complete 10+2 from a recognized University having science stream with PCM(Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics subject).

Having above mentioned qualification you are to appear NDA(National Defence Academy)entrance examination conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission)twice within a year.

To joining Indian Navy you have to completed +2 with science subjects, but here you are being mention you belongs to arts subjects so you are not eligible for this exam.
