Hello, there. I am B.E student in an Anna university affiliated college. I got this seat through counselling. I have an idea to change my college after second semester. can you suggest me please.

Hello friend,
The rules of changing between semesters varies between different universities. If you wish to change from one college to another under the same university then you have to have some valid reason behind the shift. Also its not possible to change after one year but under some unavoidable circumstances and after approval from the concerned university a shift is possible. under normal circumstances you cannot change.

yes. you are definitely change In current college to another one college.
you have nil ariears in you past two year course, you are eligible on another one college admission, forther continue in your course.

yes you are definitely eligible for migration in 3rd semester in new college or new univeristy,

as per notification of university grant commission any student from any college can get migration to any college of same university if they fulfill the required criteria,

there is no restriction of such but the course must be same, e.g
if a b.com student wants migration to some other college in same stream and mode of course is semester system then he will be allowed for semester mode only no annual mode ,
