Being a M.Sc ( Master of Science ) in Mathematics degree holder you are eligible for admission in IITs for pursuing M.Tech ( Master of Technology ).

Further for admission in IITs to pursue M.Tech you need to appear in GATE ( Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering ) held once every year by IITs.

As far as you are concerned about the stream to be opted for pursuing M.Tech degree then it belongs to your interest. But as per my advise you can go with anyone of Electrical and Electronics or Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering as these are more trendy options at this time.

For details regarding GATE 2018 you can refer to the link www.gate.iitg.ac.in.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
