The human resource (HR) management function – which is responsible for recruiting, training, appraising, compensating, and motivating these employees – has assumed a bigger and more significant role in the firm and its strategy. You will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage the HR function and, thus, help make companies and organisations more efficient and competitive.

you are prepared and trained for to become HR leaders in the organisations. It can help you acquire the role of a strategic partner in leading, managing and developing the human assets of the organisation. In addition, the degree programme aims to provide an integrative framework within which the numerous organisational behaviour issues and variables can be situated and conceptualised.

of course you can apply for MBA at IGNOU as MBA requires the 50% criteria in graduation that's it. It accepts MAT/CAT score as well as for other it is required to clear there open entrance exam. you will better choose the finance section as it is booming the market. As well as the marketing or Human resource field is also a good option.

HR has to handle all aspects pertaining to human resources in the company. These include recruiting, training, team building, performance updates, employee policy, salary, benefits and increments, employee health and safety as well as staff amenities. The manager is also responsible for mobilising the workforce towards the company’s accomplishment plans and objectives, by creating a work environment in which people will be motivated, contributing, and happy. His/her role varies as per the organisation. In a small company, s/he is required to handle all human resources issues, while in a large organisation with an HR department; the manager is allocated only certain responsibilities.
