I, Silpa G, I am a female aged 31 years now passed B.Tech(EEE) in 2008 and not secured any job till now. Please advice the chances of getting job and also the best self employment options.

It is unfortunate that you have not got job even though you completed B.Tech in 2008.

Now chances are very less. Companies will also what you have done since 2008.

Almost 9 years gap. Such a huge gap. If it is 3-4 years, then we can say, we have spent time for Government jobs or exams.

But, you can try for non core jobs which may be
Administration Jobs
IT Recruiter jobs
BPO jobs

For these jobs, they won't consider gap.

For self employment, Fashion designing, web designing are good.

There are so many job opportunities for 31 years old housewife. You can apply for various jobs in private sector. However, if you belongs to reserved category then you can also apply for various government jobs. You can apply for jobs like clerical cadre, junior engineer, assistant engineer, banking sector jobs etc.
You can open your coaching center also.
