I finished diploma in ece, can me the additional courses information. Now i'm working in a core company so improve my scale give some ideas.

one common answer is b.tech or B.E in ECE. you can join this courses to increase your skills an knowledge. it will add more money to your pay scale. if you want to go for job join indian railway. you will get lateral entry in b. tech corse.
