Dear sir, i am santosh gaidhane from tumsar, please tell me se what is cutoff marks for obc in ibps clerk exam held on 27/11/2011? & when will announce the ibps clerk exam 2012 results?

Cut off marks for IBPS bank clerical:

Cut off marks/score depends upon the

Number of students taken the exam
Number of students qualified
Number of posts
Difficulty of exam paper

Depending upon the above 4 factors cutoff marks will decide.

According to the experts ,IBPS exam is very huge competition exam,across India,so many students taking this exam.So you get 70% of marks that is 70% of 250 marks=175 you will defiantly get the job in any of the 19 banks notification.

In worst case i.e the paper is difficulty then you have to score 60% of marks.

If u were qualified i.e Ur result was "PASS" then didn't it means u've scored the cut off marks?

Yes you are eligible for the IBPS exam but only for the clerical exam after 12th…
For the clerical exam you should have 12th with minimum 50% marks
And your age should be between 18 to 28 years and there is relaxation for the SC/ST and OBC candidates………
And for the PO exams you need graduation with minimum 50% marks after that you can apply for the bank PO exam.
So, you can only apply for the clerical exam not for PO exam………..

in IBMS exam no cutoff marks for any candidates
