The discipline does not matter to become the eligible to appear for the civil services examination conducted by the UPSC.

So, you are free to select the course of your interest to pursue the graduation. The eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed th graduation from any recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years with relaxation in the upper age for the reserved category.

So, go with the one you have interest either in the science, arts or commerce.Candidates are even eligible to select the optional paper other than the discipline of the graduation.

As, according to the UPSC examination notification for the civil services examination the required eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation from the recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years and relaxation in the upper age limit for the reserved category.

There is no limitation on the aggregate and the discipline of the graduation paper. So you do need to confused about it.

You, are eligible to select the course of your interest to appear for the examination. But you need to start the preparation for the examination from now only to qualify in the examination.

IAS stands for the Indian Administrative Services. For this services, you must appear for the Civil Services exam conducted by the UPSC every year.

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is the minimum academic qualification for the exam. Minimum age is 21 years for this exam.

You can select any stream in bachelor's degree as per your interest. Graduates in any discipline can appear for this exam. From my point of view, you should choose discipline from arts side like political science, geography, economics etc.

If you want to become IAS Officer, you must have completed your Graduation. So you have to complete your Graduation first. Graduation requires 3 years to complete. Hence, you will be having 3 years of time to complete your Graduation.

Since you just completed 11th class with PCMB, you can go for Graduation in Science stream or for Computer Science streams.
B.Sc with Computer Science
BCA
B.Sc Biotechnology course

After completion of Graduation, you need to apply for Civil Services Exam which is being conducted by UPSC. UPSC means Union Public Service Commission.

After this exam, there is a Main Exam that you need to qualify. After this, there would be an Interview. If you get through in Interview as well, you would be placed in civil services.

For joining in IAS service you are required to have a great courses about discipline.
Every year UPSC exams are conducted, through which you can apply for IAS. First you go through and get completed your graduation with good remarks. After that you are free to choose the subject of your own choice.
