No, you are not eligible to apply for admission in Manipal University.
The minimum cut-off marks in Manipal University for engineering is 60% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board/school and Diploma in Engineering from any recognized institution with atleast 60% aggregate marks.

According to the rules of the manipal university you are not eligible for lateral b-tech mechanical engineering.but you can try for some other course in other university.
