hello friend,
if you want to do MBA in correspondence then you should first gain some work experience after your graduation and after that pursue you MBA along with your job because it will help you a lot in the private sector because this sector demands for experience a lot. BEST OF LUCK |

though correspondence MBA holds a value in private sector jobs but still they have lesser practical knowledge than the regular one so some MNCs does not consider it as a valuable one.if you wanna switch to any MNC its a good idea as a practical experience is added to your qualification.yes, private sector also recruit correspondence studentsbut experience gives you more weightage.

Re: Does correspondence MBA hold any value in Private Sector Jobs? Is it valuable only with work experience?
We cannot say correspondece MBA does not hold any value, but surely it has lesser value than Regular stream of college.
ICFAI advertises it gives placements to candidates, but you have to check the credibility of it. But onething is definite. Big companies counts on your talent and how far you have understood the subject and your personal ability. So, if you are scoring high and sincere in your effort, then you have bright future anywhere. Regards |

Re: Does correspondence MBA hold any value in Private Sector Jobs? Is it valuable only with work experience?
hi,
there will be clearly some differences between a regular course and a correspondence course. Some private companies do not give value to correspondence MBA students, whether some companies overlook it or simply prefer them as regular ones. But still an MBA degree is not such a mere thing to be overlooked, since the institute you have got your degree also matter. So don't think much prepare yourself as best as you can. Good luck....bye |

Quote:
yes there are private companies that recruite candidates who done MBA through correspondence but they require a lot of experience and how well you are aware of your subjects. Though there will always be difference between regular and correspondence candidates. Regular candidates have upper hand because of more practical knowledge. You can make out all the difference with your personal ability and talent so, you should pay attention to your studies. |
