Information Regarding Eligibility Criteria for HCL Company.

Elegibility Criteria for HCL Company :-
->Minmum 65% marks in 10th, 12th and in B.Tech.
->Maximum two (2) years gap are allowed.
->No Backlog.
->Good Communication Skills.

Pattern Of HCL Recruitment.
->Aptitude Test.
->Technical Test.
->Personal Interview.

HCL is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The HCL criteria is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 65% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 2 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process for HCL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

HCL (Hindustan Computers Limited) has the following criterion for selection of of its candidates..

1) You should have 60% aggregate or above in 10th,12th and your B.Tech

2) You should not have a study gap of more than 2 years

3) You should have no backlogs at the time of placement..

HCL stands for the Hindustan Computers Limited and it is an IT company dealing with the software's and hardware's of the computers.

Now every year, this company recruits fresh engineers from the different colleges, and train them for the industry.

The eligibility criteria for the HCL Placements are :

1. The candidate should be a minimum science graduate, preferably in B.E/B.Tech. Final year appearing students can also apply.

2. A minimum of 60% is required in the graduation and the candidate should not have any current backlog during the placement procedure.

3. Maximum 2 years gap between the academic career is allowed. Anybody having more is not eligible to apply.

I am also attaching a few past papers for the HCL. Download it, and refer to it for your preparations.

The eligibility criterion followed by HCL for recruitment is given below-

HCL has written tests on numeric aptitude, C / C / JAVA Concepts etc.The division of marks is uniform across sections. Each section would have nearly 20 questions. This will be followed by technical and HR interviews. HCL also gives significant weightage to candidate's overall performance in his school and
college.
