Eligibility criteria required to join M.Sc Biotechnology in NIT?
Hello, Sir/Mam, I'm doing my B.Sc biotechnology honours from government university and I had completed my 12th in PCB with 90% marks I want to do my M.Sc from nit what are the eligibility for that?? Shall I have to give maths CBSE exam also or I have to clear any entrance exam. Please give me the details of eligibility and entrance exam for the same. Please guide me for this...

Eligibility for M.Sc(biotechnology):-
Student must be passed bachelor's degree in B.sc(life science,botany ,zoology ,microbiology,biochemistry and biotechnology) with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university. GATE is best entrance exam for M.Sc(biotechnology) to get admission in reputed colleges. As you have completed your BSc in biotechnology from a government college so you are eligible to appear for entrance exam if you want to pursue MSc in biotechnology from NIT. You must have passed your BSc in biotechnology with at least 50% marks. If you will qualify the entrance exam of NIT then definitely you can pursue it from there but if you want then you can pursue the masters course from any private University.
