yes you can go for the merchant navy after completing your diploma..........
you have to go for a 6 month sea training and after that get your sea certificate and go for the company for which you wish to join........

sure,you can choose career in merchant nevy.positive parts of this job is that you will get huge money but on the other side you have to spend a lot of time in
the sea.
