You need to obtain specific qualifications to join as a Software Engineer. Engineering degree in CSE/IT is the necessary qualification required. HSC passed candidates having studied PCM as subjects can apply for B.Tech degree. National or state level entrance exams are conducted for admission. IIT JEE, MHT CET, KEAM, etc are examples of some of the entrance exams.
