how to applx for upsc examination?does upsc give any concession for deffence person?

for applying to these civil services exams,one can apply for the application forms from civil services exam sites self,
eligibility:candidate must possesses u.g. degree from engg.(c.e, m.e,e.e.,e.c.)
b.sc. & have proper &complete knowledge of prescribed language from syllabus.
concessions are made on the basis of category(ur,st,sc ,obc)
