Re: How to become an IAS officer?
hi hi. im attracted by your question because you ve selected civil service. many think that becomin an IAS is a tough process. but it is not true. it needs concentration and interest. for that you ve to finish any one of the bachalor degrees. then only you can apply. three steps in selection process. preliminary test ,main exam and interview. you can visit www.civilserviceindia.com for the pattern for the selection process. there is age limit and limit on no of attempts to appear for this exam.both varies with the caste of a person. you can join in teaching centers for this preparation. better to stay in delhi while preparing. knowledge on current affairs is ver important. so reead newspapers daily. its just a competitive exam. study wel all the best.
