Graduates in any subject can apply for IAS. The next step for you is to apply for the exam. Application for attending preliminary level exams can be forwarded through the web portal of UPSC. Also you need to prepare well for clearing prelims and mains for IAS. Further details on selection can be collected from the website of UPSC.
