I am ruchi chourasiya, i am doing BE final year from cse .and my question is how to apply any railway examination form ?

For recruitment in Indian Railway there are 20 boards across the country.
These boards are called RAILWAY RECRUITMENT BOARDS (RRBs).

There are total 20 RAILWAY RECRUITMENT BOARDS

RRB Ahmedabad
RRB Ajmer
RRB Allahabad
RRB Bangalore
RRB Bilaspur
RRB Bhopal
RRB Bhubaneswar
RRB Chandigarh
RRB Chennai
RRB Gorakhpur
RRB Guwahati
RRB Jammu & Srinagar
RRB Kolkata
RRB Malda
RRB Mumbai
RRB Muzaffarpur
RRB Patna
RRB Ranchi
RRB Secunderabad
RRB Thiruvanantha-puram

Every recruitment board holds the responsibility of recruitment in certain unique areas.
All the recruitment is done by RRBs only.

Whenever there is vacancy in Indian Railway in some region then the respective RRB
is direct to conduct recruitment for the vacant/required post(s).

All the notification/advertisement of any vacancy/requirement is published in
Employment News weekly. The notification/advertisement is also made available
on the respective RRB websites.

As you are a final year student of B.Tech. in CSE you can apply for
Sr. Section Engineer (Signal)
Sr. Section Engineer (Communication) post in Indian Railway
(Post No. 20 and Post No. 21 of employment notice)

The filled in application form has to be sent to the RRB(s) in which you wish to apply.
You can apply for more than one RRB but you can appear the written test of only one RRB.

The last date of applying for the recruitment exam is 24 April 2012.

I have done foundation diploma in travel and tourism (IATA) in sep 2005. I would like to work in Indian railways in ticketing section. How do i apply for this post?

hello friend,

since you are from CSE, so very less vancies are there for your branch,because railway is core company for mechanical and electrical branch.so mainly vacancies are coming for it only. but notifications are coming for CSE/IT peoples also .so you have to look it regularly.
