I had completed my postgraduation in ENGLISH from punjab university in with 48% marks in 2007 .I want to know whither i can appear for improve of my marks from the same university.

If you want to pursue the same course on the same subject, from Punjab University you can certainly do that. But if you want to improve the marks of one particular subject by mere applying for that particular subject, then it will not be possible.
