i completed my b.tech. 4 years ago how can i join armed forces as officer

You can join Indian Army through Combined Defense Service Examination conducted by UPSC. TGC (Engineering) and Short Service Commission are other ways through which you can enter Indian Army. Age limit to apply for CDSE exam is 19-24 years. Those with in the age group of 20- 27 years are recruited through TGC and SSB. You must also meet certain physical requirements as specified. If you meet all the eligibility requirements mentioned you can apply for the exam.

I have completed my b.tech with 70.60% .i.e, honour degree. can i able to give direct ssb without any exam like cds ?

Yes you can join Indian Defence services after passing B.Tech.

For this you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.

C.D.S is Combine Defence Services.

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.
Candidate who pass the graduation in stream is eligible for this exam.

Age of the candidate should be in between 19-24 year.

This exam is conducted in three stage:-
> Written exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

I have compleated Btech IT.. can i aply for TGC

After the completion of BTECH you have the option to apply for the CDS examination.
CDS is a main examination for graduates to get inside defence services.
CDS stands for the combined defence services examination.
If you are applying for the army then you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised unbiversity.
If you have a dream to be a air force or naval officer then you need to have a graduation in physics and maths.
You need to be indian by nationality.
You should not have any criminal records.
!9 to 22 years for navy.
19 to 23 years for the air force.
19 to 24 years for the IMA.
19 to 25 years for the OTA.
Selection procedure for the same is as follows-
Written test.
SSB interview.
Medical examination.

In our university we are awarded the degree on the basis of the performance in the last 4 semesters of B.Tech i.e CGPA is calculated from the last 4 semesters marks.
Can I apply for TGC?
