IPS stands for Indian Police Service. If you have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university then you are eligible for IPS exam. Your age should be in between 21 years to 30 years for general candidates. For Applying IPS exam no Stream is required. For Applying this exam just Graduation is required.. I am give you the Eligibility of IPS..that will help you .. IAS & IPS both are the Civil Service Examination This two exams are conducted UPSC once every year Eligibility : Candidates must be Indian Candidates must be complete Graduation in any stream from recognized university Candidates age limit between 21 to 30 years The upper age relaxation as per govt rules 3 years age relaxation for OBC Candidates 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates Selection Process based on following Three Stages Preliminary Examination Main Examination Interview Number of Attempts : General Candidates : 4 OBC Candidates : 7 SC/ST Candidates : No limit All the Best |

Indian Police Service IPS is an Post which can be get by giving the CSE entrance exam. UPSC conducts the Civil Service examination every year.This exam completes in the following three stages:-
Preliminary. Mains. Interview. The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is, to have a bachelor degree in any stream from a recognised university with good percentile. The age of appearing aspirant must be lie in between 21 years to 30 years. There is relaxation by 5 years and 3 years for Sc/St/pd and obc category respectively. Since you are the student of MA that means you definitely have a bachelor degree. So you can appear in this exam. |
