For Joining Indian Navy you have to qualify the N.D.A. exam.

NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY

N.D.A. Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice.

Eligibility criteria for N.D.A exam:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

There are three stages of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

You can apply online or offline.
The Form cost is just 20 Rs.

Yes, you can apply for a pilot job in not only in the Indian Navy, but also in the Indian Air Force/Army/Coast Guard even if you have done a b.sc in maths and physics.Though you should have a cut off of more than 60 % in for the same.You can refer their official sites for more info

Qualifying NDA is not always necessqry to join Indian Navy. Graduates can also apply for the pilot post. Indian navy has recently announced posts for pilot recruitment. You can find more information here.
