How to complete my final year in distance learning after completing B.Tech 3rd year


i completed my b.tech 3years and i got gap 1year now i want to complete my final year in distance learing method. how can i complete?

upto third year in regular mode.now
i have joined govt job so i want to
complete my last year.can i complete
it through distance learning..plz
