i am doing final year civil engineering. after this i am planning for MS. please tell me which one in best for that.

Civil engineering deals with the study of large scale construction and designing projects of roads, tunnels, dam, bridge, industrial buildings, shopping malls and other construction and Architectural buildings.

Being a final year student of civil engineering you have some time. Now first you should concentrate on your current study because if in the B.tech in final year you got any backlog then it will not possible to get admission in M.S.

After B.tech to get admission in M.S. in civil engineering, you need to qualify the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering) after qualifying the GATE exam you will be eligible to get the admission in M.S. in civil engineering in any institute of India providing the M.S. in civil engineering.
