How to face technical round and HR round?
I have technicle and hr round then how to face that rounds plz give suggestions to me?

Nowadays almost all firms take these two rounds for final recruitment of candidates for placement activities.
Technical round: You just need to focus upon your core subject syllabus. Go through different technical subjects of your stream and practice common conceptual questions which is generally asked everywhere. For example if you are an electrical engineer, What is working principle of motor or generator etc. Human Resource round: In this round, HR recruiter will check your speaking abilities, communication skills, why you want to join organization, whether able to relocate or not, why you only for the job. So you must practice these type of questions. Be well dressed and groomed. Posture and gesture matter a lot in HR interview. |
