Yes you can do M.Sc. in Annamalai University where the eligibility is a graduation. The other institutions will have a minimum eligibility mark of 50% in graduation. So you can join in Annamalai University with 49% of marks in your graduation. The duration of the course is 2 years. The course is done through distance mode.
