I have appeared for my t.y.bcom exams i a, looking for job in defence or orher government body.please suggest me on this.

can b.com student write any compatative exams for govt. job ? what type of exams have more value?

As your pursuing B.com Degree you have many opportunities in govt sector

your First preference should be for the top knocks like IAS IPS IFS and all the civil services

for this you have to take an entrance exam called CSE(Civil services examination)

IAS is an central service and also deeply regarded as d most prestigious job..

Like this service there are other 24 services for which a common entrance test is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission)

The main basic eligibility criteria for Civils Service Examination

->Candidate must have 21 years of age

->Candidate must complete at least degree from a recognized Indian University

this is all about the basic eligibility criteria of CSE

As per your qualification if you have completed Degree then definitely you are eligible for the exam..

And apart from this you have options like

Groups

ISS(indian Statastical servives )

as you are the commerce student
