How to get a government job on the basis of PGCTE and MA Eng? How to find it from the G.O of DSC?

hi, i did my pgcte through efl university and i have no B.ed. now i would like to get a government job based on my pgcte and M.A eng.
Is it possible to do that?
Can u tell me the way 2 find it from the G.O of DSC?

AS a masters in English and PGCTE - Post Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of English you have to either complete your Ph.D to get a job in government colleges or you have to appear for the Lectureship NET exam conducted by UGC to get a job as a lecturer in government colleges. The minimum age limit is 19 years and no upper age limit is there to appear for the NET exam.

Dear sir/madam, I want to know am I eligible to lecturer post? Because I did my M.A. in ENGLISH my percentage is 53% I did B.Ed., so I know about PGCTE?
