Can I get a government job in 37 year age having the digree of B.Sc 'Biology' ? If yes,can i apply that online or not?

Dear sir I have completed my Msc bed in phy. Now i am 37 years old. I want to get a govt job. Please help me to get a job. I am working as teacher I a private school. There I am getting only 5.8 salary.
