For the selection of Airmen 'Y' group or 'X' group there is not a fixed period for advertisement. It depends upon vacancies of Airmen. Now a days Airmen are called PBOR ( Personel below the rank of officers).

Regularly refer employment news for the advertisement.

Some times PBOR are recruted through rallies at the recrutment centers.
