how can i get the scholarship after my b.tech(ece) to study abroad? is TOEFL any help to me for abroad studies?

Well You have to go for GRE along with TOEFL .. scholarships
that you get will have a lot to do with your GRE score... a 1500+/1600
can assure you of very good scholarship.Even to the extent of 100%
However it is not the only factor ... your acads .. your SOP's
and you Interview also plays a key role,
Further the university you apply to will also have a role... if you apply to top
universities, you will face much more competition and schol maybe less.

For studying in abroad, if you want scholarships, then it'll be based on your score card of graduate record examination(GRE).
And yes, TOEFL, which stands for taking of English as foreign language, is compulsory for you to get into any university in abroad. Without clearing toefl, no matter how high is your score in other exams, you're not allowed to take admission in any universities.
