Respected sir i am in waiting list of group y 9september 2012 from kanpur., i want to know may i join in the airforcegroupy

Dear Friend,
In order to apply for the Indian Air-Force in Group-Y, You must have completed your 10+2 Board Examinations from any of the recognised Board. Beside this your age must be in between 17 to 21 Years and your selections will be done on the basis of performance in Written Examinations which will be based on English,Reasoning and General Awareness. And,Also note that you must be physically fit in order to get selected. Indian Air Force conducts recruitment rally for Group Y (Non Technical Trades).
You can apply for this trade if you have the required qualification and age. You should be passed in 10+2 or Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Age should be between 17 to 21 years and you should be physically fit with good eyesight. Under Group Y (Non Technical Trade) following posts comes: -Admin Assistant -Accounts Assistant -Medical Assistant -Logistics Assistants -Environment Support Services Assistant (ESSA) -Communication Technician -Meteorological Assistant -Ops Assistant So there are many posts but you have to perform well in the exam to get selected. Selection Procedure: -Written Exam -Physical Fitness Test -Medical Examination The questions in written exam will be objective type and related to General knowledge, arithmetic and current affairs.
