For becoming pilot after Engineering Graduation you must apply for CDS exam and AFCAT.
CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC and AFCAT is conducted by Indian Air Force. As you are an Engineering Graduate so you are definitely eligible for Air Force pilot posts. All you have to to is crack these examination with good marks. Age Limit: For becoming Pilot in Indian Air Force you must aged between 19 to 23 years. There will be no age relaxation if this exam.
