Sir i will pass my 12th with 65% marks and i want to join merchant navy and want a job of salary 40000-50000 Rs per month.......sir plzzz......tell me the easiet way......and i also want the job quickly because of my family condition......???

You basically have two options available to join the Merchant Navy stream. The first is to join after your 12th standard. For this you must have pursued Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics during your 12th standard. There is a minimum age requirement of 18 years for the same. You will need to appear for the various entrance exams like IGNOU, IIT- JEE etc. On clearing this exam you will need to undergo Pre sea training. On completion of the course you will be eligible to join as a deck cadet. The other option is join after you complete Marine engineering. You can also join after completing Mechanical engineering but you will need to undergo a training period for the same. You have the option to join either Indian companies or Foreign companies. Most of these companies have their offices in Mumbai, Calcutta.

At present i am studing in North Maharashtra uni at Jalgoan in third year of Automobile engg. I wish to join Merchant Navy after comleting my degree, pls guide

HELLO,
well merchant navy, journalism is a good option. in today's time experience matters a lot, in every field your starting salary is 25000-30000 per month. but as you get experience your salary increases. it also depends from which institute you are graduated or post graduated like an engineer from iit, bits, nit can easily get 70000-80000 as their starting salary, similarly for a doctor. so it depends upon the institute also. and your experience.
