How to join polytechnic course after completing 10th std?i have above 50% marks in all subjects.what are the procedures?

Good academic score is required to join polytechnics after 10th. Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in SSC. In certain cases, entrance test are conducted for admission. DTE, Kerala conducts entrance test for admission to polytechnics. Odhisha, UP, etc are some other states that conducts state wise entrance test for admission.

I want to know that in delhi and u.p is a good polytechnic college and if it is then how much percentage is required in 10 th .

To Join Polytechnic,a 3 years diploma course in Engineering after completing 10th you have to face Polytechnic Entrance Examination.

Eligibility Criteria for PEE:

* Candidate who have completed 10th or 12th board examination can appear for the examination.

* No minimum percentage required to qualify for PEE.

* No age limit to appear in PEE.

Selection Procedure:

* Written Test.

Based on the rank score in PEE candidates are eligible to select college for Polytechnic of their college.

To do polytechnic course a candidate to pass 10th standard or 12th ,all are eligible to get admission as per norms conducted by the specified polytechnic Institute.

Generally each state follow their self rules as per availability of students.Few college take entrance examination and several college select candidates on the basis of 10th
standard marks.

Candidates can get diploma engineering degree from the engineering stream like Civil,Mechanical,Automobile,Electrical.

After doing diploma they can get engineering degree too through lateral entry.Under this system they can get admission directly toward b.tech 2nd year.

you didn't mention your state if it is andhrapradesh you have to write CEEP entrance test you will be selected on the basis of the marks secured in ceep through councelling

I AM A STUDENT OF MEGHALAYA board 10TH AND BELONGS TO ASSAM STATE. CAN I GET ADMISSION IN A.P IN POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE DIRECTLY IN MANAGEMENT QUOTA.?
