Main difference in service and manufacturing organization management control is tangibility of outputs. Output of service firm is intangible like in consultancy, training .
Service firm also do not have a inventory like that of manufacturing firm.
Manufacturing firm produces goods based on probability, output ratio, forecast but service firm only manage to give service on demand of customer.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
