IAS(Indian Administrative Service) ias exam is conducted by upsc. upsc stands for union public service commision. ELIGIBLITY FOR IAS EXAM; EDUCATION QUALIFICATION;- The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. AGE LIMIT candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination. AGE RELAXATION; Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe: upto a maximum of five years. Other Backward Classes: upto a maximum of three years. State of Jammu & Kashmir (Domiciled during the period from the 1st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1989): upto a maximum of five years. IAS - INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE, to become an IAS officer one has to appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidate up to 5 years and for OBC candidate up to 3 years. The selection is of three phases:- CSAT - CIVIL SERVICE APTITUDE TEST - PRELIMINARY EXAM comprises of all objective type questions. CIVIL SERVICE MAIN EXAM comprises of subjective type questions from the prescribed syllabus. PERSONAL INTERVIEW The Civil Service exam registration process has already been over. IPS is a part of Civil Services, and its exams are conducted by UPSC. Anyone who has completed 21 years of age on 1st August of the year can apply for IPS exam. You can read more information on this from the website of UPSC. Before appearing for Civil Services examinations, it is advisable to build an alternative career for yourself. So, you should for now pay attention to your engineering first and try to develop your personality. You can then later on sit for the IPS officer paper.

Hi,
IAS stands for Indian Adminstrative Service. This civil service exam conducted by the union public service commission(UPSC) every year. Eligibility criteria: Educational Qualification: the candidate complete the graduation from any recognized university. The final years candidates are also eligible for this exam. There is no minimum percentage of marks are required for this exam. Nationality: the candidate should be citizen of india. Age limit: the age limit should be between 21 to 30 years. The age relaxation should be obc candidates is 3 years. And the sc/st candidates is 5 years. Gender: both male and female candidates are eligible for this exam. Physical standards: the candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam. No. Of Attempts: for general category - 4 attempts for obc category- 7 attempts there is no limit of attempts for sc/st categories. the eligibility criteria for an ias officer is: 1. a graduate with at least 50% of marks from a recognised university. 2. your age must be under 21 years to 35 years (for general candidate) and 21years to 38 years (for obc candidate) and 21 years to 40 years (for sc/st candidate.) 3. number of attempts: for general candidate- 4. for obc candidate-7. for sc/st candidate- no maximum limit. |

yadi aapne kisi bhi subject me graduation(bachlor degree ) kiya hai ya aapka fi
nal (last) year hai graduation ka to aap ias exam de sakte hai. aapki degree manyata prapt vishwavidyalaya se honi chahiye age limit- 21 se lekar 30 ke bich (21aur30milakar) jinki age hai wo ias exam de sakte hai sc/st candidate ke liye govt. ke niyam anusar chut di jayegi minimum percentage- koi minimum percent nirdharit nahi hai number of attempt- general candidate adhitam 4 bar aur obc aur sc/st candidate ke liye adhiktam 7 bar nirdharit hai |

IAS exam is also known as CSAT exam which is conducted by UPSC once in a year. Eligibility Criteria For CSAT exam Candidate should be graduate in any stream from recognized university.
