How many backlogs or ATKT are allowed to enter in 3rd semester or 2nd year


Hello i am a student of first year engineering from Mumbai university and i want to know that how many back log or A T K T are allowed to enter in third semester or second year please help

what if a student have ATKT in more than 5 subject and he does not take admission in 3rd year through n-ATKT?
And can he solve backlog subjects taking drop through regular ATKT ?

In how many subjects is a First Year Engineering Mumbai University student allowed to keep term while taking admission to Second Year of Engineering ( III semester)

I am failed in diploma in architecture ass (g -scheme)in 1st year I lose 5 sub so with the basis of I-scheme can I get admission in 2nd year regular
