How many subjects we have to choose in B.Sc Homer Science? How many subjects are compulsory?


I have taken bsc home science and i wanted to know how many subjects i have to choose and which subjects are compulsory?

B.Sc in Home Science is a bachelor's degree course which lasts for three years. This course usually covers subjects likeare Food & Nutrition, Textiles & Clothing, Human Development, Community Services & Welfare, Child Welfare, Resource Management.

To pursue this course you need to pass the higher secondary school certificate examination with science subjects such as biology, maths and chemistry.

Here is the course structure of B.Sc Home Science. This will give you a better idea of what are the subjects you can expect in this three year duration course.

Fifth Semester:-

  • Dyeing, Printing & Finishing
  • Methods & Material for Child Study
  • Assessment of Nutritional Status

Sixth Semester:-
