hi

Nowadays nearly 60% of Engineering graduates doing mba as a post graduation either regular or in correspondence

one year mba is PGDM(post graduate diploma in management) in which most of the working professionals do this in correspondence inorder to secure their job and to move higher position while working in any corporate.

This is a one year course and this course is valuable and preferable to get job in companies.

The legend in management IIM's courses are in PGDM only not mba. Those who pursue the mba in IIM,they will get post graduation as PGDM not MBA,but the duration is course is two years.

Hope this information helps you

All the best
