i have passed diploma in electronics and comm engg in the year and didnt get job yet.i qulified in written test for gov job but not to be slected in intrvw. Now what will i do now

Generally, it is difficult for the candidates to get through the written exam for Government jobs. But you have qualified in that successfully but unfortunate thing is that you were not selected in Interview.

Usually the ratio which is followed for most of the Government Jobs is 1:3 or 1:4 in the sense to pick 1000 people, they would conduct Interviews for 3000 candidates (1:3) or 4000 candidates (1:4)

Interview would not be difficult and if you made decent performance, you are having high chances to get selected.

For some Government Jobs, they will consider the Written Exam Marks plus Interview marks for final selection. This might also be one of the reason for your not selection.

Whatever the reason it its, please do not repeat it next time.

Have good preparation for the Interview. Try to prepare good content to answer below questions
-Self Introduction
-Your Academic Achievements
-Other Achievements
-Reason to join in the job
-Reason for coming to particular industry
-Also Ensure you put the required strengths and skills for the job in your resume.

Please go with formal dress and be cool, confident in the Interview and showcase all the skills.

You can go for some Coaching Centers well where they would give Training on how to attend Interviews and also conduct mock Interviews.
