How to transfer from present college to another....please give me the details

There is only one possibility of transferring from one college to another is when you are academically very well and the transfer is in the same university or college and if your college allows.

You cannot transfer to any other different college. It should be the same university else you have to study again from 1st year.

You can change branch or stream also in the same college if you are academically good and if your college allows.
