sir, i am 1'st year b-tec student in calicut university....in AEI branch....how can i change my branch after the 1'st year....in the same university..

I am b-tech biotech s1 s2 student ( CALICUT UNIVERSITY )now Iam writing my s1s2 exam. i want to change my branch and also transfer from present college to another .what shall i do for this transfer? PLEASE CONVEY MESSAGE AT THE EARLIEST

I am doing my BTech in Chemical enginnering from BITS Pilani. Can I change to CS in MTech. Please suggest other option also
