Dear Friend

You are too old to go in Indian Army.

According to your qualification your age should hardly be 17 years.

For senior secondary ie 12th passed out age limit is 19 years

and at graduation level the age limit is 23 years.

You should choose other career options as per your interests.

Choose your career path wisely.

u can give the NDA entrance test............or if the age is not there then u can try for the ssb

To join Indian army you have to minimum qualify your 12th exam . Its very good that you are interested in armed force from now but you have to wait for 2 years more.

I regret to inform you that you can not apply for the Indian army because of the following two most important reasons:-

1.) Your age has already reached 20 years and the eligibility criteria says that you need to be between 16.5 - 19 years.

2.) The minimum educational qualification required for the Indian Army is 10+2 pass candidates with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 55-60 % marks.

You have passed 12th stranded with 60% of marks.

Age limit is 16-19

You have eligible for after completion of your 12 th stranded.

If you are interested to get into army,

your educational qualification should be atleast higher secondary or equivalent.

It has been a large outcome of candidates who want to serve our country by joining in Indian Army.I appreciate you for wanting to be a part of Indian Army.

Being a 20 year old guy and having completed only 10th,you cannot apply for any of the defence service exam with this qualification.

If you had continues your schooling and done till +2 and passed out with fair percentage then you would have chances to apply for NDA exam at least.

But now in your case you cannot join in Indian army with this qualification.

Well dear soni sahab you need to atleast complete your 10+2! but being above 18 you can join this prestigious career after passing your 10 but you might be a sweeper or cook over there!
Any ways you can fill up the forms generally available in the famous bookstalls or near the SOL(School of Open Learning) North campus in DELHI.

Any person can join indian army by appearing in different exams organised by UPSC.Some of them are:
1.NDA
Yearly 2 exams are held .First in april (NDA-I) and 2nd in august (NDA-II).
U must have passsed 10+2 or equivalent to appear for this exam.
2.CDS
U can appear for CDS exam after graduation.
3.TES(technical entry scheme)
4.UES(university entry scheme)
5.TGC

Hello,
After 10th you have to take a vital decision. The Decision is all about your future stream of Interest.
There are Science Streams Like PCM, PCB, PCMB, PCBB, PCBEco, PCMEco etc with Other optional subjects.
Have strong interest in Biology go for PCB, PCBB or other Medical field.
Also if You are Interest in Maths and Physics and Biology, PCMB is the best option for you. Its Tough.
If no interest in Biology, just leave it.
There are other streams like Commerce and IT.
These are also the streams with good scope but generally this comes after science craze.
Whole lots of options are there in it like CA, CS, etc.

All Depends on you and your interest, but its a vital one.
