Every qualification certainly will be an added advantage. But it is important to pursue a course which best suits ones career. M.Ed after 15 years of experience in teaching certainly will not help in boosting. But you will probably learn new teaching methods. There are some universities like SNDT university which offer Post graduation course in education technology. It will be better if you pursue this course.
