Combined Defence Services Examination (CDSE)

You can take the Combined Defence Services Examination (written test conducted by
UPSC) to join the Flying branch of the Indian Air Force.

Age
19 to 23 years

Educational Qualifications

Graduate ( Three Year Course ) in any discipline from a recognised university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech( Four Year Course) .
Final Year students can also apply, provided thay donot have any backlogs.
No Percentage Bar for CDSE entry.



Age
20 to 23 years for Graduates,
20 to 25 years for Post Graduates / LLB ( Five year integrated course) and
20 to 26 Years for Law Graduates (3 Years Course after Graduation).

Educational Qualifications

Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate

OR
a Post Graduation degree / equivalant diploma in any discipline with a minimum 50%
marks in aggregate

As you are a commerce graduate, if you fulfill the following criteria then you are eligible to apply in Indian Army.

1. Age: 19-25 years

2. Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream from a recognised university

yes, my friend you can join in indian Army through CDSE(combined defense service exam)..
The eligibility criteria is-
*you must have a degree in any branch..
*your age should be in between 19-25 years...

you will get officer post after joining in Indian Army.

You can possibly join in Indian Army by writing the the NDA,CDS exam as there are options for joining in Indian Navy,Army and Air force through these exam.There are some eligibility criteria's which you must possess for writing these exams.

NDA - National Defence Academy

The exam is conducted by UPSC every year and it is held 2 times.

Eligibility:

The candidates must be a citizen of India.
The candidates must be a unmarried male candidate.
The candidates must have a age limit of 16 1/2-19 years.

Education qualifications:

For Army Wings:

The candidate must have finished his +2 with (10th +2) pattern in school education.

For Air Force and Naval Wings:

The candidate must have finished his +2 with (10th +2) pattern in school education and must have physics and mathematics as subjects.

The main thing is that the candidate must be physically fit while appearing for the exam as far regarding the physical standards seek for it while appearing.

CDS- Common Defence Service

The exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

Eligibility:

The candidates must be a citizen of India.
The candidates must be a unmarried male candidate.

For Indian Military academy:

Only male unmarried candidates with 19-24 years of age are eligible.

For Naval academy:

Only male unmarried candidates with 19-22 years of age are eligible.

For Air force academy:

Only male unmarried candidates with 19-23 years of age are eligible.

For Officer's training academy:

Unmarried or married male candidates with 19-25 years of age are eligible.

Education Qualification:

For Military and Officers training academy:

A degree from a recognized university is needed.

For Indian Naval Academy:

A degree in the field of engineering is needed.

For Air force academy:

A degree from a recognized university with physics and maths at 10 and 12 level or a B.E degree is needed.

There are two ways to make a way in the Indian army, One is after 12th, & other in after graduation.
After 12th ,you can apply in Indian army through NDA [NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY] , conducted by UPSC [UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION].

The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years,.there is not any kind of age relaxations criteria is applicable for any reserved category.

You can not apply for the NAVAL & AIR FORCE WING, as you are a commerce student,.
Because for apply in naval & air force wing, you must have subjects physics & maths in 12th, with at least 60%.



After graduation , you can apply in Indian army through CDSE [COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICE EXAMINATION], conducted by UPSC [UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION].
After qualifying this examination, you are eligible for the personality & physical test ,conducted by STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION [SSC].

There are almost 527 vacancies are available this year for the officer post rank in Indian army in their all branches.
The age limit for the IMA [INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY] is 19-25 years,.
